yeast INFECTION
Hi i am 23 female i recently got diagnosed with a yeast infection and was given the one time tablet itching went a away and discharge seemed to ease up but it never seemed to really go away I HAD unprotected sex with my fiance one time and he complained. That after sex his penis felt tight . Now a day or two later he notices that his penis uthrea (the head the part where he ejaculates and urines) is white when it is usually pink or red i guess you can say its not fully white but partially i guess is their a chance he has a yeast infection? He has no irritation while urinating and no itching is there a chance he gave me a another yeast infection because he had one please help i got a pap smear and was tested stds im just awaiting my results frantically. .....

These symptoms can be due to balanitis or yeast infection. Oral course of antibiotics is needed.In addition, ask him not to use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also he should retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.
Also avoid intercourse till he recovers fully. Both of you need to get the yeast infection treated simultaneously.

Hi and welcome. Yes he can contract your yeast infection called thrush. If this is what he has, he can buy some of the OTC creams like monostat.
