The chances of getting pregnant because of ejaculatory fluid without being penetrated is low to impossible. I wouldn't worry about it.

But I do think if you are " fooling around" without clothes on the chances of you two  having intercourse some time without thinking ahead and using condoms, is pretty high. You should decide what you are going to do. If you are going to have intercourse, get condoms and keep them handy.  If you do not want to have intercourse, don't get nude together since feelings and desires often take hold even when you think you are going to be in control. In any case, keep condoms available and make a promise to yourself never to have any kind penetration without them. You want to keep your life plans intact and you body safe. You don't want to have an " accident" change everything-- an wanted and unexpected pregnancy could hurt so many things-- even the possibility of a great relationship with your boyfriend.

I am in the same situation as this girl but another doctor on here told me that millions of sprem can be in precum and it's a possibility I could have gotten pregnant. I'm really confused and worried.

If neither *** nor precum physically enter your vagina, you do not need to worry about getting pregnant. The risk of getting pregnant from precums happens when you have intercourse. Even if your partner pulls out to ejaculate and you're not using a condom, then there is a chance that his precum can get you pregnant.
