I think I broke my penis

I am 15 years old and a couple of weeks ago I was masterbating, all of a sudden I felt a really blunt type of pain like I had bruised my head(penis one) and now it has been getting harder for me to easily get an erection and hold it for long periods like I use to, my bp is sorta high for 15 I beleive but I am a very fit person what could be the problem could it be my blood pressure or just a mood swing that im going through for the past couple weeks or could I really have hurt my penis it doesnt hurt anymore but its alot harder to get and hold the erection now?

I am 15 years old. I woke up one day and had to go to the washroom. I felt and noticed a lump on the right side, right below the head of my penis. Its not a ball shape, its feels more like a vein is popped out. That doesn't bother me or itch me at all.  Also, when im erected, at the vary bottom of my penis, it feels like a vein is hurting me when it is up and erected. Not alot of pain, just enough to feel that is there. I only have one sex partner in my life and we both are clean and have no diseases. What might that be and what might cause that.

No, you can actually "break" your penis...not in the sense of breaking a bone, but you can indeed rupture the corpus cavernosum, which basically amounts to the same thing.  It's called fractured penis and it requires a pretty quick evaluation by a urologist. I doubt that's what you did, but I still think it's worthy of seeing a doctor, 'cause if nothing else it would ease your mind.

High blood pressure can certainly cause you to be unable to have a normal erection.

I'm kind of more concerned about your blood pressure - do you have any ideaas why at 15 you have HBP?

Best wishes.

Did you feel a pop? Did you bump it against something firm? You're probably fine, but since you're now having trouble getting/maintaining an erection, I think you should see a doctor.

First off, if you are 15, how are you posting here?  Second, try leaving the unit alone for awhile.  Maybe it is mad at you for playing with it too much.

I am not a doctor so I don't know if there is a way to hurt your penis by the usual methods of touching yourself. If you are pulling on it hard perhaps you can bruise the muscle but there is no way to " break " it since there is no bone. Still, if you have noticed a change you should go see a doctor and see if there is a possibility of some veinous damage, perhaps from some other reason.( People who ride bicycles long distances for example can cause some damage to their scrotums, so it is possible to have damage from some exterior pressure). In any case, do go see someone. You may just be so worried that your fear or anxiety is making it harder to get erect- and if there is nothing wrong the doctor can put your mind to rest and you probably will have erections as before. But only a physician can give you a proper diagnosis and he or she will have to give you an examination to know for certain what is going on.
