only if you let it effect your sex life. if you start seeing problems like lack of self confidence or depression or anxiety in yourself, that could be why and you should see your doctor immediately..
otherwise, i dont think this is such a big deal because you were little kids, little kids do silly stuff all the time. were were curious at that age. if you dont worry about it, it wont effect you.
