after surgery loss in testicle size

I had a surgery of so called varicolce ( I m not sure whether there was varicocle) and after that my left testicle lost size.

Can anyone tell the reason and solution as i am concerned about it alot.

Varicoceles are dilated veins that return from the testes.  They can feel engorged which could give you the feeling that the testical was enlarged and now that the varicocele is fixes you may no longer have these dilated veins.  But this is something you should bring up with your doctor during your post-op appointment.
