Hi I got several massages on a vacation in asia last summer. There was nothing sexual about the massages at all but i have been worried that i could have some how gotten either the masseuse or a client after me pregnant. I don't think you have much to worry about. Unless you're masturbating in a bathtub with a girls vagina right next to your penis there's very little risk.
