recurring cut on penis :/

okay i need some help.
there is an area on my penis right in the middle of the shaft that seems to be suffering from weakened skin or something.  this is because whenever i masterbate the skin tears open or cracks, however vary rarely bleeds from it.   after a couple days the scab will fall off and then after a couple more days any evidence of the tear will be gone. however once masterbation is acted out again. it will open again.     i am wondering what is happening and if it is anything serious.. and how i may be able to treat it.

Lubrication is important because any sexual activity involves friction--and friction can cause irritation. Be sure to use some lube during self-pleasuring or partner sex.

Are you using a lubricant? If not, that may be your solution. The penis is generally designed for moist areas. I would use a lubricant, and see if that helps. It sounds like its a little bit dry.
