strange tube like lump

hi,

i had sex with my girlfriend and i managed to rip the foreskin where it joins the penis. i left this to heal for a few weeks.

after i had left it to heal i had noticed that below my belly button a tube/vein leading to my penis had gotten slighty swollen. i thought nothing of this as my glands had swelled a little while i had a cold.

this glands have calmed but this tube like lump seems to have spread down the vein/tube. it is now at the very end of my foreskin and it has swollen up slighty on one side. its not painful normally but after sex it can be slighty tender.

my girlfriend and i are careful and dont have any other partners.
