too dry and tight?

My man says that I'm too dry and too tight and the only time sex seems to work for us is in the shower... why is this and how do I make myself more wet and less tight?!

Unfortunately I think that the reason why I can't get as turned on is because me and this guy are not dating.  We are only known as "bed buddies" so we can sex and hook up as we please.  I think I'm more emotional about it then other girls are and so much is always going through my mind maybe that's why I can't get turned out really quick.

Thank you both for the advice!

A real man would take a lot of time with you talking, kidding, tickling and kissing, kissing, kissing you EVERYWHERE!!

He'd also take time to tell you how sweet you are how smart how lovely and beautiful. Instead, most guys only think about getting there own pleasure and ignore the needs of the fine woman who'd put up with him.

It's my personal policy to make my girl *** at least three times before I think of my own and sometimes I don't even need to climax. I just love the kissing and talking and really learning about what pleases my girl.

If he's real selfish, move on. You can do better and you need to love yourself first.

Good luck sweetie, Luke

Hello.

I can't tell you why you are dry and tight, but I can give you several factors which might be contributing.

When women become sexually aroused, lubrication occurs and the vagina begins to open. If you're not turned on enough, you'll be dry and tight.

If you're anxious about sex, or if you're not turned on to your partner, or if you're having sex for non-sexual reasons, you may not be sufficiently aroused.

Certain birth control pills can also contribute to dryness/tightness. There are currently over 200 varieties of birth control pills available, so if you're taking the pill, you might want to talk with your gynecologist about trying other brands/formulations.

I don't recommend making a habit out of having sex in the shower because water can remove any lubrication and contribute to irritations which can, in turn, cause infection. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
