where have I caught NSU?

I have just been treated for NSU, I had a sexual encounter with a single mum (the condom broke while having virginal sex) with her before christmas but didn't realise the condom broke. I am worried I may have something more serious now, I haven't had any risky encounters before. I must admit I do tend to masterbate everyday so can that of caused the NSU or did she give it to me. I have had no contact with her since please need your advice!

You're right. You should ask your questions in the Urology Expert Forum at

For your information: self-pleasuring does not cause NSU--or any other condition. And no one can tell you whether you have an infection unless you undergo a thorough exam and testing. So get back to your physician for an exam if you're experiencing any symptoms. Dr. J
