sinusitis

I did Ct scan and X ray PNS . In my ct scan, doc say there is nothing wrond bt in ma xray PNS report, they found left maxillary sinusitis and hypertrophied turbinate.
So I did below operation
Name of operation: Septoplasty and Bil AWo
By taking all aseptic precaution deviated portion of nasal septum was removed.
But facing all time headache problem yet .
give me some medication. i m facing serious headach prob
