I have that as well. While I'm on a waiting list to see someone...about 6-8 months from now, I'm tryinga bokk I bought on cognitive behaviour therapy. There is also something called Tapping ( you can find info on-line about it) ,I'm trying. You could try either of these. Maybe we could both do them and compare notes?
Sorry it took so long to get back to you I was having trouble with my password. It's taken me this long to get it resolved and reset.
I'm not doing very well. Can't sleep, very stressed at work, sore because of fibromyalgia. Still waiting to get in to see someone. I am going next week to see a psycopharmacological specialist to see if the meds I'm on are the best ones for me or if there is something else I should try instead.
I was able to get my daughter in to see someone for her social anxiety so that's good news. I'm hoping they can help her so she isn't still dealing with it when she is my age.
