Am I going to have a stroke?

For a couple weeks now I've had sudden severe headaches. Like a bolt of lighting in the center of my skull. It lasts about 20 unbearable seconds then goes away. Also blurry vision, dizziness, I lose my balance, my jaw feels weird, like I just blew up a bunch of balloons. But the scariest is the brain fog. I keep forgetting what things are called, and the right words, and sometimes I simply forget everything! It's like my mind is totally blank. It absolutely terrifies me.
Yes I did go to the hospital. They scanned my head, checked my heart, ran blood tests. My blood pressure was 150/102 but otherwise they said I was fine and sent me home.
I am under a lot of stress. 2 deaths in my family in the last 4 months. My youngest daughter has a drug habit, my cat I've had since birth 20 years ago may need to be put down. Andy my oldest child, my boy Andy, he passed 3 years ago drug overdose and his birthday is coming up.
Can this just be caused by stress? Or am I going to have a stroke? I don't know what to do
