Brain hemorrhage unconscious pre and post surgery

My grandmother(Age 80) went unconscious suddenly on 10/03/2021 morning around 10 am. She is completely unconscious with blood mixed foaming from her mouth, We rushed to the hospital and the doctor diagnosed her brain hemorrhage due to high blood pressure. She did go through the surgery from 5 pm till 7 pm to clear the bleeding/clot, doctor said she should regain consciousness in 3hour or up to 3days. It's already 12hour after surgery and she still dints regain her consciousness. She had no movement but her legs react on pinching on her body. Did anyone experience any such events in your family/relatives/friends? Any idea she can get her consciousness back? if yes, how long it might take her to regain her consciousness? Appreciate any knowledge on similar incidents.

Hi there.  Gosh, this didn't get answered as you initially posted on the wrong forum.  I am so sorry no one ever wrote to you during that time.  I am hoping that there is positive news since you wrote this. Brain hemorrhages are very scary.  Please let us know how she is doing. Remember too, high  blood pressure can be familial and you'll want to monitor yours.
