exercising spastic bicep

My bicep is mildly spastic and has significant tone preventing my arm from pronating fully. Will resistance exercise get rid of the spasticity or just create more? Also my tricep is pretty strong

Yea I have been using electrical stimulation religiously for the last 6 or so months with no noticeable results for my hand extensors. Doing bicep curls seems to be relaxing my overactive bicep tendon so I'll just continue with getting my arm as strong as possible hopefully normal movement will then return

One would think that you should be able to interrupt the signals telling your muscles to fire. This is why eStim seems stupid, you are sending electrical signals to the antagonist muscles hoping to can fire them stronger than the spastic ones
