stroke and fatigue

My history:  mech. heart valve 11/86 (aortic bicuspid replaced by St. Jude and lower aortic wrap - potential anuerism). Hypertension about 4 yrs. later, treated with meds.

Major stroke 3/98; two minor, 12/98,10/01. Little external residuals (left arm and hand effected).

Question concerns fatigue.  I work part time as a driver/delivery with no heavy lifting.  I cannot stand for long periods as well.  Health very good, echo negative last year.
Usually I'm hit with fatigue - usually have to sit down immediately like I've reached a threshold by early afternoon - and some degree of fatigue daily, from morning on.  I cannot seem to find any studies about the relatioship of stroke or valve replacement history and fatigue. THIS IS WHAT I'M AFTER.
I need documentation to support my "complaint". Little on internet, nothing on WebMd or AMA/Mayo.

There has to be something on this topic. Age:52 - a young 52.

I found quite a few research study reports by going on google and typing in fatigue and stroke. Most websites only provide you with an abstract of the article, but if you're really interested in the article most of them can be purchased. I hope this helps
