stroke without headache ?

can a stroke occur without prior and after (attack) Headache ? not even a mild one!

85 % of strokes are ischemic -clot based, they would normally not have headaches. the other 15% -hemorhagic or bleeds people do say they sometimes have had the worst headache of their life that no drug will stop.
