its happy to hear about ur results....
ok now we discuss about cramps....
hand and leg cramps usually affect the calf muscles and intrinsic foot muscles, and are characterized by strong involuntary contraction of muscles that can be extremely painful.
While benign and transient in nature, it can be a source of considerable distress for patients.
cramps occur mainly due to lack of exercises...
if ur not having time to do exercises just....just do stretching exercises...before sleep or morning....

Thanks for your comment,last wednesday ,wake up feeling dizzy and cramos in both feet and left arm,they did Ecg,blood test,even brain scan.The doctor told me everything is alright,but am having cramps to my left hand and sometimes the left side of my head.

If you or someone you care about is concerned about a stroke, please go to the ER/A&E/Casualty (I don't know what it's called in T&T) or call emergency services if you can not arrange for transport. Early treatment is vital.

Slurred speech, sagging on one side of the face, difficulty in moving one side of the body. But it can be more subtle. I'm not trying to cause excess worry, because I'm just a layperson on the internet, but seriously - if you're concerned, don't waste time waiting for answers off the internet.
