weakness, woozy, balance off. not there now.

I had an MRI the Findings: There are multiple small areas of abnormal increased signal in the periventicular white matter.  THese are seen bilaterally.  These are greater than I would expect at this age(67).  This could represent small ischemic infarct, small blood vessel disease or vasculitis.  There is a possibility of demyelinating disease.
IMPRESSION:  white matter disease bilaterally, as above.  Possible this is small vessel disease.  I cannot rule out a vasculitis or small lacunar infarcts.  Demyelinating disease is also a possibility.

I have a woozy feeling as well, not really dizzy but kind of like my eyes are delayed in following my thoughts or something weird. I have loss some of my hearing esp on one side, the same side a spot was shown in my recent MRI that they say might be vasculitis, MS, and a few other things I am not familiar with. Seeing a Neuro doc in a few days but I am scared and don't understand what is happening. MRI showed NO tumors, no ear or sinus issues so why is my hearing affected? No pain just muffled hearing that drives me crazy, a feeling of pressure all the time in my brain and the wozzy feelings...PLEASE help!!!
