Teens have anxiety too, so if your teen is suffering from anxiety make them write down a question and see if your fellow community can answer it or if you have any questions on how to help your teen ask now not later.
i hate going out in the evenings/night. whenever someone asks me if i want to go out i will immedietly feel nausic and i start to get pre-syncope( faint) and i get really stuffy. i get this almost all the time i get asked to go out or i think about going out at night and sometimes i try to ignore it and i go out but i end up feeling even worse.i dont know what it is,its anxiety but i dont understand why i get it its really annoying because i wont to go out and have fun but its holding me back!
