Hi. Since I was 14 in 2010 I have started to get a popping sensation when I breath. The popping sensation is at the bottomk of my sternum (breastbone). It mostly happens while I am lying down. It dosen't hurt but it really irratates me because I find it hard to sleep at night. I have to get my four fingers on one hand and put a litle bit of pressure on the sternum (breastbone) where the popping sensation is. This stops the popping sensation but I can't keep my hand there twenty-four hours a day. It really annoys me. Has anyone got any idea what this could be . i would love some answers. Thanks.
