depression related to thallasemia

hi this is Ash. i feel depression in my daily life routine. there is insomnia also. there is lack of interst in every thing. i am going far from my friend circle. i feel pain in my chest these days. i feel pain in muscular n bone pain in my chest n fear about breast cancer. before that i felt pain in my lower abdomin (abdomen) for the last 5 years. last year means when i was 26 year old i dicover that i am a beta thallasemia minor carier. this thallasemia minor is creating problem in my marriage process.
