You are not alone. As a parent I would want to give my child every advantage to get better. Don't be afraid. Ask to see a counselor or doctor. If cost is a concern, there are some churches that may offer free counseling. There are also some ministries that take prayer requests and you can speak with them. 700 club has a phone number you can call. Do an internet search and you should get the number.
Be well.
I dont want to be a mental patient and im afraid to talk to my parents about it; what should i do?
When people feel that others are talking and watching them these symptoms are sigs of paranoia and anxiety. When you are alone and feeling sad this indicates you are depressed. If your symptoms persist I recommend you get a consult with a mental health professional for a psychiatric evaluation to assess your mental health history and current symptoms.
Hi, I just want to let you know that you are not alone. Also I think you should go see a psychiatrist to talk about your feelings. The doctor will be able to get you on the road to a diagnoses and also plans on how you can start to feel better. I hope that you start to feel better.
