When our lives are not going well, we feel down or depressed. This is nature’s way of telling us to make some changes.
In order to feel good, the following seven factors must be present in our lives:
- good nutrition
- fresh air
- sunshine
- physical activity
- purposeful activity
- good relationships
- adequate and regular sleep
A detailed assessment of the person’s lifestyle, habits, relationships, history, etc., to determine the source of the depressive feelings, must be the first priority to a person asking help in regard to depression.
Thanks for replying, my mum has bi polar too and multi personality syndrome or something but I feel really weird because I can't think of anything that's wrong but I do get very anxious around new people which might explain it, thanks a lot :)
Hi sweetie, im so sorry to hear that this is happing to you especially at your age... but these things started with me at your age and even a little bit younger. I ave had anxiety, clinical depression and bi polar disorder for a long time.. So im thinking by the sounds of it you may be a little depressed and have some anxiety. now being depressed can be out of no where. You dont need to be actually sad and have life problems. Its all in the brain and in the body.
Maybe you feel like you havent done something u want to do, or something you did do you flt like you could have done better. Or maybe your simply not happy with ur self or ur life. Which is complettly normal to feel. Maybe just sit down and start writting in a jurnal. Maybe try to figure out if something is actually bothering you.. because u never know.
I hope things get better hun keep me posted! <3
