Depression?

Well i guess its obvious to most people when i write down what i feel that I'm depressed and i think its time to get treatment if im honest with myself but i'm in the uk and was wondering if anyone knew of any discreet ways of getting help as i am a very proud person and i find it hard to open up about my problems. Thanks for reading this and if anyone could help id greatly appreciate it.

there is a number called 1800 suicide but there are other toll free numbers that you can call its dicret and helpfull. there are people who will listen to your problems and talk about it with you .

you can always talk to me about your problems and ill listen and help as much as I could but you should try the numbers or a group therapy session if there's one where you live. im usa so im not sure.

There are a range of toll free hotlines you can call which are helpful and discreet, im not sure of the exact numbers for the uk because im in australia but im sure google will give you numbers and ways to contact people to talk to via phone or possibly email...also, i find this forum here very useful and the people around here are going through or have gone through similar things to you...feel free to talk to me if you wish, I have had depression for a while now...I'll listen and when I can offer my advice.  But I think the best way would be to ring the hotlines and talk to someone about it.

Good luck!! xx
