Tmj OA
Anyone here with OA of the tmj?  I'm only 37 years old and I have tmj OA as well as displaced discs.  I suffer from ear, jaw, neck and shoulder pain from time to time.  Is there anyway to heal this or must I accept that this will be a life long issue for me?  Will I need surgery for sure in the future?   Live in the Philippines and we don't have very many options with regard to this here.  Scared out of my mind of the future.

If you are avoiding surgery, you may be able to manage it with medication.

This page should help you better understand the surgical options and approach:
