Any ideas what this could be? Getting nowhere with docs so far...

I am getting nowhere with docs. Does someone have an idea? Or who I should see? January of this year, I would get up with stiff joints in the hands and feet that hurt to close. My left shoulder hurts a lot, like in the muscle when moving. I went to my doctor who said I was sleeping strange. Kept going on, saw another doc who said it was my IBS (had it for 20 years). It got better for a while and now it's back. My shoulder aches, my fingers and toes ache- almost like I have the flu. My shoulder aches some days but mostly my flank area is killing me. Again, an ache when I move. I've seen 4 endo docs, in the past, for high DHEA-S, I was getting depression and anxiety. Got nowhere. Saw another doctor, she ran labs and my DHEA-S went up again. Said I might have PCOS and gave me Metformin. I stopped taking it after it gave me the runs and seemed to do nothing.

I don't know what to do- I have all these joint aches, my flank pain, the high DHEA-S. I've gained 60 pounds in 13 years, I am 32. I was never overweight before. Now the weight seems to be coming on without eating different- I've gained 15 pounds since January of this year. My stools are light brown-yellow sometimes. I just don't feel right, I ache like some 100 year old woman. Is this my weight or pancreatic cancer or arthritis??? My mother's cancer returned and I feel scared for her and when all my weird ailements, for me. I feel so lost I don't know who to see.

I appreciate any replies!

No I didn't have that. I saw a doc last thursday, got the most blood taken from me ever...

I started getting paranoid about scary diseases googling things. However, I was in the hospital 3 months ago overnight, I had a weird chest pain and almost passed out. I had a prolonged QT that went away.
Would a CBC been done then? I mean, I was in the ER then stayed overnight. They did a lot of bloodwork but it seemed heart related. Is that standard in the hospital, a CBC?

Have you had a laparotomy? That is the only way to definitively diagnose endo and it would probably help you feel better for at least a little while. You may even have some cysts. Have they given you an ultrasound?

Also, taking calcium supplements helps a lot, but isn't a substitute for a lap!

I also forgot to mention, the muscles above my knees in the front of my thighs, got hard- like big lumps and so did the ones above on my lower arm below my elbows- I haven't been working out. They don't hurt, they just feel hard for no reason...
