TMJ after all this time?

When i was young i had an underbite, the dentists wanted to break my jaw and reset it, my family said no because it wouldn't be fair on me as i was only five, as a grew my underbite seemed to have corrected itself.
I am now 25 and the last year has been hell for me as i have had symptoms and not known what has caused them,

Here are my symptoms,

-Sinus pain
-Muscle aches in my neck, back, arms.... pretty much everywhere!
-Muscle twitches on lips, facial, all over my body.... i consider the muscle twitches are due to stress.
-jaw ache (sometimes feels like it is my tongue)
-No real jaw pain, i can open my mouth fully but it hurts to do it all the way and the back of my jaw crunches and can
click
-When i open my mouth, my jaw seems to open slightly to the right (not straight down), and if i clench my mouth open and point my chin forward the back of my skull hurts and a tendon/nerve sticks out on my neck and does a jig!
- I've also had a problem with eye floaters?
-Sometimes i also get a burst of tinnitus, i was messing with my jaw as i was writing this and had a sudden burst afterwards (hasn't happened in a long time).

Does it sound like the route of my problems could be related to TMJ?

I've been to the doctors ad he has done bloodtests and urine for thyroid, diabetes etc... all came back clear.
I also went to a neurologist who sent me for an MRI and a EEG, I really didn't like that man and he didn't even tell me the results but my doc said that if there was anything 'of interest' then i would have been contacted.

All this started during a very stressful time in my life so my doc thinks that it's all down to depression as it runs in my family, i know my own body so i know that it's not depression!

This has been happening for over a year now, the body pain really makes me tired and it's getting difficult to keep up at work (it's very physical) so please could somebody let me know what they think?

Thanks!

Sorry one last thing!

My tongue now has grooves and dents down the sides as i have started to rest my tongue between my teeth (slightly biting down on it).

I also forgot to add that i get periods of eye twitching, chewing gum actualy seems to help a little as it gives my mouth something to do as my jaw twitches/moves when it is still.
