Ohhhhhh It took me a few days to figure out ( i am getting slow as i age ) . I have been having a flare up all week and i was like what the heck it has not been this bad since i had dental work done in july . I figured it out it is all of that yummy chewy candy that has been SO available in my house all week..... So NO MORE CANDY FOR ME ..........

OK i will fess up its was the laffy taffy it was really soft so i thought it would be ok...

charleston chew.. mmhhhh - boy its been a long time...
i also tried accupuncture and it helped the pain ..
also, i went and got a "hot stone" facial/head massage - i felt great after that, wish i had enough money to go every day..
I guess we'll just have to dream and remember the good old chewing days..

Ahhh, wouldn't it be nice to pop a peice of "Double Bubble" in your mouth again?  Or a tootsie roll?  Or a peice of taffey?  OMG, a charleston chew???  Getting old sucks.  BIG TIME....
