it does not cause sinus problems or migrianes, but it is possable that the pain that your having from the jaw , is giving you pressure in the sinus area ,and causing nasty headaches.

For months I thought I was losing my mind.  Felt like the worst sinus pressure, sometimes very sensitive to noise, sharp pains in ear, could not clear pressure on airplane, my teeth would hurt, along with jaw, around eyes, clinching pain across back of head, neck muscles tight, constant poping in ears, clicking in jaw, etc.  Got great pain relief from acupuncture and great results with PT.  A year later, I still wear the night guard and also a daytime appliance and still go to PT.  My tmj doctor says I will only improve a certian degree because I also have cervical problems that don't allow all the muscles to relax.  But now is "manageable", more easy to tolerate as if I had a choice.  Good luck to you, my jaw is out of alignment, must cut food into small pieces.  Have flair ups but know how to deal with it now.
