Bilateral cysts on Thyroid

I have a question about my thyroid. I had a thyroid ultrasound last week. I just receive the report today and I dont understand the report. My dr is referring me to a Endocrinologist. My report says Right lobe measures 5.3x2.2x1.6 cm with a single cyst 0.5x0.3x0.2cm/Left lobe measures 5.3x2.9x1.5cm with single cyst 0.6x0.4x0.4cm. I can feel the nodes with hand they feel large. Can you tell me if these cyst are large or small also if I am getting choke at nite is it because of the cysts. My report also says isthmus is mildly thicken

What you are describing are bilateral very small cysts that likely will be monitored over time.  It is not likely this would be causing you to choke at night.  More likely acid reflux would be the cause of that even if you do not have classic symptoms of "heartburn".
