DHEA
I am a 65 year old woman who has never taken a hormone replacement.  I am wondering if I should take DHEA as I get older, if it would help with aging skin, brain fog, or an all around boost?   Not sure if taking DHEA is safe?
I've been on Synthroid for 20 plus years as I had Hyperthroidism.    Is it also safe taking DHEA with Synthroid?
Thank you,

There is no contraindication from a studies have shown no clear benefit of DHEA for most otherwise healthy patients.
