You are on the right track, but need more medication -- usually would increase to 75mcg of levothyroxine.  Target TSH is 0.5-2.5.

Hi,

Target TSH should be 1 - 2.
FT3 and FT4 would be somewhere at least mid-range, while TSH should not be below range (usually in range of 1 - 2).  Should also be fine tuned based on how you feel

Hope this helps.

I just purchased a book that you might find to be extremely helpful and informative. Titled: "Living Well With Hypothyroidism" By: Mary J. Shomon she gives incredibly useful information, and from what I am reading this publication might be extremely helpful to you. Please tell me how you are doing on your hormone replacement therapy? I am scheduled for surgery in Oct. I was diagnosed with a suspicious nodule and this is becoming a concern to me as I become more informed about this procedure. All my best to you!
