Thyroid Problem?

I'm not sure yet what I might have, but wondering if anyone has had the same symptoms.  I have this feeling of tightness close to and below the collar bone.  I sometimes get the feeling of something stuck in my throat or swollen.  I sometimes feel the right tonsil maybe swollen or enlarged, but no sore throat.  I did have wheezing a week ago and that only lasted for a few minutes.  I sometimes get neck pain and upper back pain right below my neck.  Does anyone know what I'm feeling? I'm 30 y/o that does not smoke or drink?

So far, this does not seem thyroid-related -- follow-up with ENT as planned.

I have been to the doc.  It all started back in Dec 07 with bronchitis.  I took z-pak/entex back then.  A few weeks after that I still had wheezing once every week or two weeks.  I could do daily activities would not bother me.  I asked my doc to give me a chest x-ray in January 08, but she said it would not show anything since I was not wheezing at the time.  Late Feb 08, I started to have mild chest aches/pains.  Thought it was from being tired so I waited a week to see if it got better.  I went to ER March 3rd for the mild chest pains and doc said I had little bronchitis still.  Gave another z-pak/alburterol.  Worked for about 2 weeks then the wheezing came back and the feeling of something stuck in my throat or something wrapped around my throat started on March 15th.  Went to different doc.  He listened to my lungs and said most of the wheezing was on my right lung and gave me another z-pak/entex again.  Worked again for another 2 weeks and got the chest discomforts and feeling that my throat had something in it.  Went to follow-up March 28 and gave me prenidsone to see if it helped the wheezing/chest discomforts.    It did for about 3 weeks and the wheezing came back April 12th and April 15th was the last day so far for wheezing.  That doc looked in my throat and said my right tonsil was a little swollen, but no sore throat. I still get chest aches pains every now and then.  The throat feeling was getting better, but comes and goes as well.  It feels like something swells up in my throat and get pain below the collar bone/mid chest.  I did see Pulmonary doc on April 16th, they did chest x-ray, blood work for thyroid, liver, chalmydia pnuemonia(I think it is how you spell it) and EKG(doc said was abnormal.  Pulmonary doc also wanted me to use holter to monitor heart for a day.  Doing that today.  I'm also taking INH and Vitamin B6 for inactive TB.  I have one more month to go.  I had nurse that was following-up my TB look at chest x-ray real quick and looked like it said no pulmonary lung disease and other stuff I could not understand or read.  I do remember her mentioned that it said thoracic spine changes.  Liver test was fine.  Thyroid blood work said normal on the lower level of normal.  But as of right now that is all I know.  I will also see ENT doc on May 7th.  I also notice that I have a swollen gland/lymh node on the left groin side and on the left side of my neck I think I feel one too.  Hope this helps.  Sorry so long.

Without test, it would be hard or misleading to say what is going on. It could be just anything.
Have you went to your doctor regarding this concern? if not, you should. Your doctor through examination and Labs/testing is the only way for us to find out what is really going on, regardless of which health condition. Seek your doctor.  Good luck!
