evaluate these labs

Hi, could you tell me why my TSH is in good midrange, and yet my freet3 and freet4 are very low?

TSH       2.08         (range 0.35-5.5)
Freet3    2.4           (range 2.3-4.2)
Freet4    1.13         (range 0.80-1.80)

Do these labs look good to you?  I am on 2.5 mg of MMI a day, along with 50mcgs of synthroid.  What would you recommend I do with labs like this?
thank you,

I don't use block/replace (MMI/T4) -- the labs are currently fine but with this low dose MMI and the need for 50mcg T4, it's possible you don't need any medication at all.  I assume you have Graves -- sometimes it's useful to look at TSI -- if normalized from onset of Graves' hyper, then the chance of achieving remission is likely higher.
