high prolactin level

I went to a MD for tiredness and apathy. After repetition of blood tests, she wanted one more with serum. My prolactin level is high  109.,.which is probably due to a pituatary adenome which was accidentally found 5 years ago and has been stable.,I was also told my cortisol level was low 2.9,,she gave me a dostinex prescription,  however I am reading that the  side effects of dostinex cause tiredness, depression etc.
I am my own active and research prone health advocate and have not found any reason that these levels are dangerous.
Get ready for this..I had my utereus removed in 1960 and have been taking estratest for 48 years...that is why I have these levels, but I'm feeling fine once I get up in the morning and exercise...I have excellent insurance, and think I am prime for rearch and this hospital is #1 for research in NY ,if not the country.
What's your opinion?

For the past few months approx 4-5 I have been getting blood tests to monitor my prolactin level, 1st result was -960 then next was -600 apprx and recently -554'ish.    Doctor is doing nothing else with me at the moment.  I'm trying for a baby - nothing happening and been trying for 14 months.   What should i be going back to my doc and saying/requesting.   Also all this time i have been having problems with my neck (stiff and pain) and very sore heads which doc is putting down to neck soreness

Estrogen can increase prolactin to this level --- so can a pituitary adenoma.  Would consider more thorough cortisol (and ACTH) testing.  Dostinex can make people feel like this --- sometimes decreasing the dose is helpful and still controls the PRL levels.
