put on hypothyroid med, still weak, fatigued, normal but low b/p

I have been blown off by some professionals. It seems that if they can't find what is wrong in blood work and be able to just give you a pill, they leave me empty handed. I can't find what is wrong with me! I am left to search on my own-AGAIN! I have reddish tint to skin, more freckles than I had, incredible weakness, fatigue, can't eat much though hungry, flushing of skin at times, b/p around 94/60 and lower. I can't remember anything. I couldn't tell you what all I did last night.I have depression, but it is due to BEING ILL, not the illness itself. I can no longer care for myself. My mom has been helping me. I have suffered h/a for yrs. I am 35. Menses are irregular, sometimes not at all, sometimes very heavy lately. I have thyroiditis, fibromyalgia, and I take synthroid 0.75. Endo doc did routine bld labs, all normal. Except TSH normal range high and T4 normal range, yet low. I flush red, feels like a sunburn around front of neck, upper chest in a circle, and all of face. I feel fevered all the time, yet no temp. What is this? Where do I search? I feel let down and hopeless. I breath, yet I don't live. Please, just give me something to go on.
thanks for your time.

I would agree that you may be dealing with something bigger than thyroid and lupus did jump to mind.  Try searching at www.nih.gov
you'll find general disease descriptions as well as recent studies, info about treatments, etc.  You could also do a search at www.webmd.com on some of your more prominent symptoms.  But try a rheumatologist (sp?) for more tests and help.  They should be able to spot lupus or rheumatoid arthritis quickly.

Not to make you feel worse than you already do, but Has your doctor checked for anti-nuclear antibodies, I'm noticing that you have alot of auto immune disease, sometimes they are all triggered by something bigger and those are harder to diagnose.  This test will show if you may have a rheumatic problem.  The only reason this came to mind is because of your mention of your skin, the feckles, red tint, rash?  Does it get worse when you go in the sun?  I'm not a dr, but if you haven't gone this direction before, it might be worth a shot. sometimes the thyroiditis, fibromyalgia are all connected, it makes you that much more susceptible to other auto immune disease.  Sorry!!  I would check for Lupus, you have the thyroid symptoms of course, but the skin thing really is sounding like something else.  Just an opinion, not intended to scare you. Keep Us posted on how you are doing.

Have you tried an Endo? If not that is your first place to start.
