yes they are porphyrins, I saw a hematologist and did another 24 hour porphyin test and he told me I did not have porhyria so whast would cause these to be high?
I had a cat scan of adrenals the other day and they showed nothing, my endo ordered another 24 hour cortisol and im waiting on results for 2 24 hour urine test one for 54-aa I think to check for carcinoid and a chromogranin a blood test and another 24 hour urin for metanephrins and catacolmines,

"I have various symptoms frequent urinations sweating, frequent thirst, high blood pressure , blood sugar high sometimes, severe muscle cramps spasms, acne, naseua, no appetite, exhausted"

Those are also symptoms of primary aldosteronism.  Suggest you get an aldosterone/renin blood test.  Also, check your potassium level.

I am not sure what some of those are -- porphyrins perhaps? -- so cannot comment on that.  There is no definite lab evidence of parathyroid -- the cortisol is high and needs additional evaluation by an endocrinologist to see if this is cushings.
