Routine  blood work showed WBC 3.9,TSH 0.020 at this time slight depigmented areas on my back.HX of anal fistula (repaired), microscopic colitis. 43 yr old F. Father with HX of neuroendocrine tumor.
Most recent lab work (drawn 2 weeks apart from first low TSH level)
WBC 3.7
RBC/Hgb/Hct/plt/sed rate/Diff/BMP all normal range
Thyroglobulin AB 561
Pos ANA titer 1:2560   speckled pattern
Rheumatoid factor less than 20 negative
TSH 0.010   T3 total 162.3     Free T4 1.73
No palpable neck mass, night sweats 1-2X per night, no change in wt.
My primary Dr is trying to get an appointment with an endocrinologist asap.
I would like an educated guess on possible DX.  Is this Hashimoto that was caught early before going hypothroid?
Could it be Graves with the very low TSH?  Thyroid cancer?  SLE?   I also would like to know what other tests to ask for.  I would like a thyroid scan to be completed asap.
I realize there is an autoimmune disease present....the question is which one?  Thank you for your time.

Graves would be most common w/ this history.  Cancer does not cause low TSH.  Hashi can present with a hyper phase, then go hypo.
A thorough endocrine evaluation is in order.
