atypia oncocytic nodule of thyroid

hello,
I am asking for a 2nd  an opinion on what to do for a atypical left thyroid nodule. It says possibly a hyperplastic nodule with oncocytic change or oncocytic change with thyroiditis, [low positive for anti thyriod peroxidase abs 67 u/m normal australia less than 60.and normal anti thyroglobulin abs 42 u/ml less 60 normal.
or possibly an oncocytic neoplasm.
My biopsy of nodule says paucicellular sheets follicular arrahgements with prominent hurtle cell change with moderate anisonucleosis, colliod and blood in background.significant lymphocytic infiltrate not seen.check for serology thyroid antibodies and repeat 3 to 6 mths if clinically indicated.
I am seeing a endocronoligist next month as I have been diagnosed with a bladder tumor and surgery next week only found in a cystoscopy and not scans. So cautious! Thanks for any help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Most likely this is hashimoto's change, but it should be categorized as "atypical" and a repeat FNA in 3 months is a reasonable approach to further evaluate.
