Help Understanding Pathology Report

What wordage in my report makes my nodules suspicious?
"Scant fragments of follicular thyroid parenchyma with mild hyperplastic features and focal hurthle cell (oncocytic) change."
"Groups of follicular cells and many hemosiderin-laden macrophages,consistent with nodular goiter."
"follicular lesion- this may represent a nodular goiter, however, a follicular neoplasm cannot be completely excluded."
"Groups of follicular cells, many with microfollicle formation Atypia and colloid."

This is an example of why thyroid FNA cytology should only be done by experts.
Would consider sending slides to an expert (eg Baloch at U Penn or Massoll at U Arkansas).  This is very nonspecific and lacks committment to any diagnosis.

My FNA results are also a bit odd.   How does one go about sending slides to those places?  I really need a second opinion on my FNA but it seems that labs only accept slides if the doctor requests the second opinion.
