High TSH

I am 34 years old. As exposed to X rays I did annual control in medicine of work. The blood test have shown TSH 5.21; FT3 3 and FT4 9.5...antibodies anti TPO and TG are negative. I do not fell enlargement of the thyroid gland. I have no symptoms of hypothyroidism..ok I am sometimes tired because I am working too much and after night duty everybody is tired. Recently I was on diet and I've lost 7 kg (61 -> 54kg, 175 cm high).
Does this increase in TSH means that I have subclinical hypothyroidism? Are they other causes of increase of TSH? What is your advice for the future examination (next week I will do echo of the gland)?
Thank you so much

This may be subclinical hypothyroidism - would recheck in 6 weeks with TSH before considering medication.
