Increasing my Synthyroid.

I am a 30 year old female with hashimoto's thyroiditis. During my pregnancy I was watched very closely by my endo. I was on 100 mcg  of synthyroid during the whole pregnancy and told after delivery decrease to 88 mcg until I was checked post-pardum. I had my OB check my TSH at 7 weeks post-pardum and my TSH was at a .33 ( on 88 mcg). OB told me to increase synthryoid to 50 mcg. I had my blood drawn 4 weeks later because I was a mess with hypo symptoms. My TSH was a .97 ( on 50 mcg) My T4 was off but that was suspected because I missed a dose one day. My endo told me to increase based on my symptoms to 75 mcg of synthyroid. I am still having issues and would like to go back on 88 mcg. At this does I felt the best. I called my endo and told him I am sleeping 12 hrs a day and still tired, my nose skin peels badly, weight gain, insomnia, my joints hurt, hair loss, blues etc. He told me he would not change my dose and to stay on the 75 mcg till my next apt.

I am thinking of just taking the 88 mcg myself.  I am afraid to just switch and the effects this would have on my over all system to have a lower TSH. What would happen? Could it hurt my reproductive system/ovarian reserve (silly question, but I go through IVF to have children and I would like more, hence I need to not mess this part of my body up) I am at my wits end. I want to go back on 88 mcg but my endo wont see me till mid-septemeber. Please let me know what would happen to my body is my TSH was around .33 (I got that number based on previous labs drawn when I was on the .88)

I just got my test results back from my endo and my TSH is 9.3!!! In July I was on .50 synthyroid and my TSH was .97 I had such bad hypo symtoms I begged my endo to move me to a .88. He meet me half way and put me at .75. I did my best to stay on that but the hypo symptoms wouldnt subside. So after 2 weeks I put myself on a .88. The symptoms got better, not great, but to where I could function. I knew my endo would get upset, so 12 days before my blood draw I went back on the .75. Well my TSH was a 9.3 this draw. How is this possible? What is going on with my body. I am afraid I will never get it back on track in order to feel better, lose weight and have/maintain a future pregnancy

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
In general, the TSH of 0.33 on 88mcg was normal.  Would not want TSH to go too much lower than this.  Significantly abnormal levels may impact fertility, but not permanently in most cases --- would talk to your doctor about picking a dose and staying with it for at least 6-8 weeks before retesting.
