Is TSH of 2.6 worth treating for infertility?

I was just diagnosed with a TSH level of 2.6. We're TTC (have been trying for a year).  I am wondering what options there are?  Is it worth treating with meds, or is there something else I can do?  BTW - I also feel sluggish, depressed... have some hypo-thyroid issues.

Would test TPO antibodies -- if positive, consider treatment with levothyroxine (this is not yet a general consensus, but most experts would agree).  If negative, then it is a tougher question -- treating is not likely to harm, but not proven to help.

P.S.  If you get pregnant, it is critical to get enough thyroid hormone during the early months.  If you were my daughter, I would insist on a check every month until six months.

You would probably feel better and have a more likely chance of getting pregnant if your TSH is closer to 1.00.  Get FT3 and FT4 tests as well.
