Would consider an endocrine consultation.
In meanwhile - retest TSH, Free T4 & T3, TPO & Tg antibodies and Prolactin levels.
Your post was unclear - was the 9/13/10 TSH result 50 or 6 ??
have you had a mri of your pituitary? i had the same constant bleeding for over a year . i was lucky to have 1 day a month off my period. i had a hysterectomy to. i also have discharge from both my breast for 7 years now. i have a pituitary tumor and that was my first symptoms.i seen your doctor just gives you odd looks. i just asked my neuro if my new seizure meds was causing it and she sent me for mri. i dont want to scare or worry you but ask for an mri of your pituitary.
I did as you suggested and went back to my PCP and asked for the yest you recommended. Im more confused than ever. As I stated above my first TSH came back 6.2(.450-4.50)on 9-13-10. I followed up and the next test results one week late 9-21-10 were TSH was now 3.010 and T4 was 6.4(4.5-12.0).On 9-30-10 I went in and ask for the test you recom, ended. Prolactin 15.2 (4.8-23.3), TPO Ab<6 (0-34), Trilodothyroninr,Free, Srum 3.1(2.0-4.4),Thyroglobulin, Quantiative 39.7(.5-55), Antithyrogoblin Ab <20 (0-4), TSH .972, T4 Free 1.05 (0.82-1.77) in addition to this my weight was dropped by 8 pounds and Im not dieting . I did get a referral to a Endocrinologist. My confusion is why such great differences in the test results in a ywo week period.
Sorry for the typo on 9/13/10 my TSH was actually 6.200
