MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
she needs to have the TSH and free T4 tested to see if she needs thyroid medication (or a dose adjustment).  Untreated hypothyroidism can cause many of these symptoms.  The treatment for Hashimoto's is levothyroxine to keep the TSH in the 0.5-2.5 range.
