You have Hashimoto's w/ current normal thyroid function. A trial of low dose levothyroxine may possibly help, but would not expect this to explain all the symptoms.
If there is nodule, it is best evaluated and possibly'd FNA biopsied under ultrasound guidance. The lack of being able to feel it really does not matter.
Not sure what the low %SAT refers to - would ask you doctor about possible explanations. It is not likely related to thyroid.
Thank you so much for confirming. It feels so much better to have 2 doctors now tell me the same thing after all of the headaches, the guessing, and worrying I have gone through after the last 6 months now just trying to find out why I have been feeling like this.
