Hashimoto's or something else?

Hello, I first went to a doctor in aug 08 unable to take the symptoms below  and have been trying to get an answer to what is going on. None of the doctors I have gone to have been able to give me an answer. I don’t know which direction to go anymore. These symptoms are seriously affecting my day to day life.  I have had ultrasounds done and it indicated a possible mass in the isthmas area and a cold nodule.  Neither endocrinologist nor the ENT I have gone to felt any mass or nodules. The first endo said he doesn’t think it is my thyroid but possibly a blood disorder such as cancer of the blood. The second said Hashimoto’s. I just don’t’ know what to believe or what to do next.

You have Hashimoto's w/ current normal thyroid function.  A trial of low dose levothyroxine may possibly help, but would not expect this to explain all the symptoms.

If there is nodule, it is best evaluated and possibly'd FNA biopsied under ultrasound guidance.  The lack of being able to feel it really does not matter.

Not sure what the low %SAT refers to - would ask you doctor about possible explanations.  It is not likely related to thyroid.

Thank you so much for confirming. It feels so much better to have 2 doctors now tell me the same thing after all of the headaches, the guessing, and worrying I have gone through after the last 6 months now just trying to find out why I have been feeling like this.
