what is a normal tsh?

Hi...I have been having cronic constipation, fatigue , headaches, weight gain that I can not loose no matter what I do, mainly in the stomach. I also feel dizzy alot, itz difficult to take a shower sometimes because I get so dizzy. I feel like I can't remember things, like I have brain fog. My body feels so heavy all the time like something is weighing me down...I have to push my self....I have night sweats, I also have times to were I am freezing can't get warm...

I have been tested for just about everything. every test comes back normal......one doctor did mention once about thyroid and did a TSH wich came back as 1.26.....

what is other test that could be done to rule out thyroid completely...
I have read on this post about  T3 and T4.... what is that.....I don't think I had any test like that

I did have this problem about 6 years ago and the doctor gave me a V_B12 shot once a week for a month and everything went away...I felt wonderful....now its all back and can't get anyone to listen to me....I feel so lost.
The doctor did test my V_B12 and it came back as 374     normal range is    211 - 911   so that makes mine normal....

by the way I am 33 female

any info anyone?

"normal" TSH is a source of great debate -- we use 0.3-3.0 for our lab and many experts agree on this.  Others suggest 0.4-4.0 (or even higher).  Yours is normal by any standard.  The B12 comment on the lab form is the lab's version of trying to help determine how to interpret the result, ie if you had a B12 <200 - deficient, 200-269 indeterminate.....etc...your's is 374 which is normal for most labs.

Just got back from my monthly Endo appointment.  He gave me my results so all normal ranges are included.  These are the normal ranges:

TSH: 0.465-4.680
FT4:  0.8-1.5
T3:    0.70-1.70

made a mistake on my age....lol wished I was 33 again...correction I am 35

I just looked at another lab sheet and it says

VIT B12:  DEFICIENT: 200
INDETERMINATE :   200 - 269

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
