Subacute Granulomatous Hyperthyroidism and body tremors

Hi. I've been recently diagnosed with SGH in March of this year. I have also experienced chest pains and go to body tremors which may last up to an hour and a half. I have gone to an endicrinologist and he performed an FNA that came back negative results. Is there a connection with the hyperthyroidism problem and the tremors/chest pains that I've been having? I know there's a connection with heart palpitations and rapid or unstable heart beats with the thyroid problem. Anything else I should know about it?
Thanks.
Ann Watson.

Thanks Dr. Lupo for that advise. Tonight I'm having a very fast heartbeat. Over 90 beats per minute and BP is 135/85. Is that a cause for concern to call 911 or should I rest it out?

Yes, the hyper thyroidism can cause tremulousness and potentially chest discomfort.  Of course, you should discuss these symptoms with your Dr. to make sure it is not a cardiac problem You may benefit from beta blocker medication while your awaiting for recovery from the subacute granulomatous hyperthyroidism
