Before I had my thyroid surgery (I have graves disease), I had a little exofthalmos (since march 2008) that you could not easily recognised. After the surgery (November 2008), exofthalmos dissapeared and I had swallen lids. Last March I got pregnant and the eyes' problem is still lid retraction on my right eye. I do not know if this phase is active or not. How can I recognise??? is retraction going to dissapear, or is it going to remain like this? Now, I am on the 8th month of pregnancy. Has it anything to do with retraction? I am very depressed cause of my eye. I am thinking of cosmetic surgery after giving birth but I am afraid if it is too early. How long does it take for TED to be stabilised? Great thanks
